Cambrian Wrap update - August 2010

Construction grew faster than in any quarter since 1963 lifting the UK's gross domestic product (GDP) by 1.1% in the second quarter of 2010.  This is more than twice the expansion economists had been expecting and stronger than in any quarter since 2006.

The FTSE 100 closed on Monday at its highest level since 13th May and the Eurofirst 100 is approaching a three month high.

In July we introduced Rensburg UK Mid Cap Growth, Invesco Perpetual Monthly Income Plus and Fidelity Extra Income.  All three are now adding excellent returns to our portfolios and so far around 90% of our Wrap clients who use the recommended portfolios are now invested in the new funds.

We’ve had an excellent response from those who would like a login to view their Wrap accounts on line.  For those who don’t yet have access to the Wrap platform, please email penny.wareing@cambifa.co.uk and we will set you up with a login and guide you through the process.
