Ian had already retired when a fellow Police Officer recommended that he get in touch with Cambrian. He still had a mortgage at a relatively high fixed rate which was conducted on the Endowment basis. Cambrian helped him to complain that the Endowment had been mis-sold.

The complaint was successful and he received compensation. As soon as the fixed rate mortgage expired, we moved him to a more competitive Lender and operated the new mortgage on the repayment basis. It will now be repaid two years earlier. He is still having to work but his retirement prospects are greatly improved.
