We are delighted to announce that, with effect from July 18th, SG Holding and Partners merged with Cambrian Chartered Financial Planners. Bill & Helen Dalling will retire in due course, as will Ralph Patterson. Both Bill & Ralph are working strenuously to ensure that the handover goes ahead as smoothly as possible.
Two of the SG Holding Staff won’t be retiring:
- Diane Denby has been with SGH for 33 years. She knows the clients, the systems and the key Investment Proposition – Clever Adviser. She is warmly welcomed, and we wish her a long, fruitful and happy time with Cambrian.
- Howard Morris is a hugely experienced Adviser who will continue to service many of the SGH clients. He will have access to products, services and back up that should enable him to spend more time with clients and less time at his desk. Again, we wish him well.
From Cambrian’s perspective, our Advisers (most of whom are Chartered) will have expanded resources, particularly David Mills, Ed Davies, Walter Simpson, Matt Wood, John Brown and Michael Rowson. Cambrian and its Appointed Representatives now employ thirty-nine people from our lovely new Offices on St David’s Park where we’ll see clients (or at their home or office).
Bill and Ralph have spent the last few years seeking the right partner. They were particularly concerned to ensure that SGH clients benefited with at least the same level of advice and service that they were accustomed to. Cambrian believes in top-quality service and adding value. With our experience (founded in 1973) and resources, we are determined to justify Bill & Ralph’s faith in us.
